Abstract: 

شناخت بی نظمی های اداری که مختل کننده فعالیتهای سازنده و پویایی گروه می باشد کمک شایانی به مدیران و مسوولین سازمانی می نماید تا از این رهگذر در صدد پیگیری و درمان آن برآیند. در این مقاله در ابتدا مقدمه ای در خصوص آسیب شناسی سازمانی آورده شده است و سپس علل بوجود آورنده و ماهیت آنها مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد و در ادامه انواع آسیب های سازمانی و نقش آنها در فعالیتهای سازمان توضیح داده شده است.

Abstract: 

Objective: The present study objective was developing of organizational virtue model in sport organizations.Methodology: This research is an exploratory research with qualitative nature. The research data were collected with snowball sampling and based on in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 17 university professors and experts on organizational virtue. In order to analyze the data, Grounded Theory and systematic method was used and finally, the underlying model was designed based on the classic approach of Glazer (1992). The method of Gathering information was former preceding studies and In-depth and open interview. To measure validity, transferability, and verifiability, findings were presented to the participants and their opinions were applied. The method used for reliability was intra-subject agreement, the mean of intra-subject agreement 0.82 was reported.Results: the results showed that by extrapolating the 42 resulted concepts, 13 sub concept were formed,  which in the the theoretical coding stage, were divided into 4 main entries of organisational factors, individual factors, social factors and occupational factors.Conclusion: Finally, This proposed model can be used to determine the indicators of promoting organizational virtue in sports organizations.

Abstract: 

Background & Aim: Creating a healthy atmosphere based on psychological capital and organizational virtue is the foundation of a healthy organization. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the role of psychological capital in organizational health mediated by organizational virtue. Methods: The method of the present study was descriptive correlation. From the statistical population that included all secondary school teachers of education and training in the city of Birjand in the academic year 2018-2019 (420 people), which according to the table of Gujarat and Morgan 201 people were selected by available sampling as a sample. Research data collection tools included psychological capital questionnaire by Luthans et al. (2007), organizational virtue questionnaire by Cameron et al. (2004), and a questionnaire by Hui et al. (1996). Data analysis was performed by Pearson correlation coefficient test (SPSS version 22) and path analysis (Amoss). Results: The results showed that there was a direct and significant effect between the variables of psychological capital and organizational virtue with organizational health, psychological capital with organizational virtue (p <0. 01). Also, the indirect effect of psychological capital path through mediated organizational virtue on organizational health was confirmed. Conclusion: According to the results of research to promote and have organizational health, we need a suitable context to increase and improve psychological capital and organizational virtue in the organization.

Abstract: 

Background: one of the most important sources of sustainable competencies in any system is its creative human resources and the level of progress of each society is related to its creativity. Subject: regarding the importance of the subject, the present study aims to study the impact of organizational virtue and its components on metacognitive creativity of high school teachers. Method: this research is applied in terms of its expected results and is descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the study, the teachers of high school girls in khoy and the tool for measuring variables, were two questionnaires: Standard organizational virtue Inventory (Cameron et al., 2004) and Torrance''s Creativity Measurement (1979). SPSS and PLS software were used for data processing and analysis. Findings: findings are show that at the 95% confidence level, the structural pattern of the research has a good fit. Conclusion: the results of the path analysis show that organizational virtue and its three components (optimism, trust and sympathy) have a direct, positive, and meaningful effect on the metacognitive creativity of teachers, however, the effect of two components of coherence and forgiveness on the metacognitive creativity of teachers was not statistically significant.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of psychological empowerment in the relationship between organizational virtue and organizational commitment in physical education teachers of Kermanshah province. The population consisted of all physical education teachers in Kermanshah Province (1, 230), which 320 random cluster sampling were selected. The measuring instrument was three questionnaires Includes the organizational virtues of Cameron Brit and Casa (2004), Spreader's Psychological Empowerment (1995), and Allen & Meyer (1991) organizational commitment. For data analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics. All analyzes were performed using 19SPSS software and lisreL8. 54 software. in order to enhance the psychological empowerment and organizational commitment, we must take steps to create and improve organizational virtue doing like support, growth and development, friendship and trust one of these actions could be to organize training courses for sport teachers by school administrators or provincial education to familiarize them with organizational virtues and its effects.

Abstract: 

Background One the most important aspects of ethics in organization is organizational virtuousness. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to developing a measurement model for organizational virtuousness as a moral component in employees of the Ministry of Sport and Youth. Method The study is an applied research and in terms of data gathering is descriptive-correlation. Statistical population includes 890 employees of the Ministry of Sport and Youth of Islamic Republic of Iran, which 397 people as statistical sample were selected by random sampling method. The research instrument were organizational virtuousness questionnaire. To analyze the data, the method of modeling structural equations with SPSS24. 8. 5 LISREL software was used that first, the parameters of the model were estimated through maximum likelihood then organizational virtuousness measurement model was tested by goodness of fit indices. Results The results showed that the data were suitable for factor analysis (KMO=0. 96, Bartlett=4740. 249, sig =0. 01). Also, the results showed that the measurement model has goodness of fit and goodness of fit indices (x2/df=2. 59, RMSEA=0. 063, PNFI=0. 80, NNFI=0. 99, NFI=. 99, CFI=. 99, IFI=. 99) were confirmed. Regarding the relationship of components with the concept of organizational virtuousness, the results showed that all components could be a good predictor for concept of organizational virtuousness. Conclusion According to the results of this research, it can be concluded that researchers can measure organizational virtuousness in sports organizations use from organizational virtuousness questionnaire 15 items available in this research, which has the suitable validity and reliability.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Given the importance of providing views, constructive suggestions and positive attitudes in ethics-oriented organizations and the role that organizational creativity and virtue has in the sense of responsibility and trust among teachers, this study aims to Investigating the role of professional ethics on teachers' organizational voice mediated by organizational virtue and team work was done among primary school teachers in Ardabil. Materials and Methods: The research method is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this study included all primary school teachers in Ardabil with 3850 people, of which 350 people were selected as a statistical sample of the research based on Cochran's formula and using multi-stage cluster random sampling method to collect data. Standard questionnaires of professional ethics, organizational virtue, team work blanche and organizational voice were used to collect data. The statistical method used is also structural equations. Findings: The results showed that organizational virtue has a positive and significant direct effect on organizational voice (0. 49). organizational virtue has a direct positive and significant effect on teamwork (0. 61). team work on professional ethics (0. 57) Has a positive and significant direct effect. organizational voice has a positive and significant direct effect on professional ethics (0. 43). organizational virtue has a positive and significant indirect effect on professional ethics (0. 21) through organizational voice. organizational virtue through team work has an indirect and significant effect on professional ethics (0. 34). Ethical Considerations: After explaining the objectives of the study and reassuring the participants about the confidentiality of information and their oral satisfaction, questionnaires were distributed among the participants. Conclusion: According to the research findings, the managers of educational organizations can promote ethics and support constructive suggestions in schools, and thus help to cultivate organizational and cardinal virtues among teachers.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: organizational ethics measurement is a constant concern of many managers and researchers. Considering the special nature of hospitals, the growing attention of the society to medical ethics in recent years and the changing environment and technology in the present era, it is important to have the model appropriate to the hospitals in the country. The purpose of this study was to design the model of virtue-based organizational ethics in hospitals affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences and Health Services as a case study. Materials and Methods: The method of qualitative research is the Grounded Theory (emerging approach). The unstructured interview was used for data gathering. The statistical population of the study consisted of managers and ethical experts at Tehran University of Medical Sciences and Health Services. After 3 stages, sampling was carried out with 18 interviews and the relationships between the dimensions of the model were determined and the validity and reliability of the model were examined. Findings: Based on findings from Grounded Theory, 17 Subcategories in the form of 4 main categories including Ethics in Society, Drivers of Ethics in the Organization, virtue Ethics, Observance of Ethics in the Hospital Results, the components of this model are made up of. Also, the relations between the model components were determined. Ethical Considerations: The research information was obtained from the interview with the consent of the experts and the confidentiality of their information was assured. Conclusion: Besides, according to the model relations, it was determined to achieve the moral hospital must Ethics in Society that effect to Drivers of Ethics in the Organization, improved. Also, Ethics in Society to be an effect on virtue Ethics. Based on research findings, achieve organizational virtue ethics Depends on the Correction of the ethics of the treatment on the department, Ethics in Society and other Drivers of Ethics in the Organization. This model is suitable for evaluating the state of the ethics of virtue-based at the hospital level.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The proper communication and interaction with the human resources in the organization for the purpose of carrying out the planned activities will lead to the achievement of goals and the survival and balance and organizational development. One of the most important factors influencing the integrated activities of human resources in organizations is the level of trust and acceptance that employees have towards their managers and organizations. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of genuine leadership on organizational virtue with the mediation of psychological capital among employees of Lorestan University. Methods: The research method is descriptive correlation model based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population consisted of all the staff of Lorestan University. The sample size was 210 using random sampling using Krejcy and Morgan tables. Data were collected using standard questionnaire of genuine leadership, organizational virtue and psychological well-being. Data was analyzed using software spss18 and Pearson Correlation Coefficient, lisrel software. Results: The direct effect of genuine leadership on organizational virtue (β = 0. 32, t = 72. 3) was significant at the level (P = 0. 5). Also, the direct effect of the original variable on psychological capital (β =. 33, t = 33. 6) was significant at the level (P = 0. 5). The direct effect of psychological capital on organizational virtue (β = 0. 40, t = 0. 44) was significant at the level (P = 0. 5). The indirect effect of the noble leadership on organizational virtue with the mediating role of psychological capital (β = 55. 16, t = 0. 28) was significant at the level (P =. 5). The fitting of the prediction model for research variables is relatively good (X2/DF = 2. 133), indicating the alignment of the fitted model with the research community. Because the Chi-Square/Df of less than 3 represents the fit of the model. Conclusions: Based on research findings, the noble leadership influences organizational virtue with the role of mediator of psychological capital among the staff of the University of Lorestan. Therefore, it is suggested that university administrators develop and strengthen the attitude of genuine leadership in the organization and emphasize the virtue and promotion and self-awareness of their employees, and their employees as a major organizational capital.
